1Line 2-cup ring mold or small decorative mold with cheesecloth or plastic wrap.
2In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese, blue cheese, basil and rosemary with electric mixer or spoon until well mixed. Spoon mixture into mold, spreading evenly. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours, until firm.
3To serve, unmold cheese mixture onto serving platter; sprinkle with chives. Serve with apple slices.
