Mini Raspberry Mousse Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 packages (1.9 oz each) frozen mini fillo shells (30 shells total), thawed
  • 30 fresh raspberries

Steps

    In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa until combined. Beat in whipped cream until combined.
  • 2
    Place mixture into piping bag (no tip needed).
  • 3
    Pipe mixture into fillo shells. Top each with raspberry.

  • Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
  • Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
  • Substitute fresh berry of choice for raspberry.
