Mexican Mocha Mix

Ingredients

cups nonfat dry milk

3/4

cup unsweetened cocoa

2/3

cup sugar

2/3

cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3

cup instant espresso powder or instant coffee granules or crystals

teaspoon cinnamon

1/4

teaspoon allspice

(1-quart) decorative jar

Crushed almond toffee candy, if desired

Finely chopped semisweet chocolate, if desired

In large bowl, combine all coffee mix ingredients; mix well. Spoon mix into jar; cover tightly. Place stir-in options in separate small plastic bags; attach to coffee mix container.

To serve, spoon 1/4 cup mix into mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water; stir to blend. Stir in crushed candy or chocolate.
