cups fresh blackberries

cup sugar

cup Reisling wine

    In medium bowl, combine strawberries, blackberries, sugar, wine and 1 teaspoon of the grated orange peel; mix gently. Cover; refrigerate 10 minutes to blend flavors.

    To serve, spoon about 1 cup berry mixture into each of 4 dessert dishes. Top each with 1 teaspoon grated orange peel.
