To prepare vanilla pudding, in medium saucepan combine 1 1/4 teaspoons gelatin and 1 cup of the milk; let stand 2 minutes to soften. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and vanilla pudding mix. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add white baking bar and stir until melted. Place plastic wrap over surface of pudding; let stand15 minutes to cool. Meanwhile, repeat process to prepare chocolate pudding.
