1Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Melt milk chocolate chips in small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Keep warm.
2Melt vanilla chips in another small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
3Pour melted milk chocolate in foil-lined pan to evenly cover bottom. Sprinkle with peanuts. Pour melted vanilla chips over milk chocolate. Swirl melted chips together with tip of knife. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in refrigerator.
