Make French toast more kid friendly by adding in the tasty flavors of hot chocolate!

Ingredients

can (13.9 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ cinnamon mini bites with icing

eggs
3/4
cup milk
1/2
teaspoon vanilla
1
package instant cocoa mix
1/2
to 1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2
tablespoon chocolate-flavored syrup

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 350° F. Remove dough from 1 can (13.9 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated cinnamon mini-bites with icing; set icing aside. Separate dough into mini-bites; fold each in half and arrange evenly in bottom of ungreased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  • 2 In medium bowl, beat together 2 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 package instant cocoa mix. Pour milk mixture over cinnamon roll pieces in pan.
  • 3 Bake 25 minutes or until center is set. Drizzle icing from can over top.
  • 4 Set oven control to broil. Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup miniature marshmallows over top of French toast bake. Broil 30 seconds or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  • 5 Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon chocolate-flavored syrup over marshmallows. Serve warm.
