lb. boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

tablespoon all purpose or unbleached flour

1/2

teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2

teaspoon garlic-pepper blend

(1 lb. 4-oz.) pkg. refrigerated new potato wedges

cups fresh baby carrots, halved lengthwise

medium onion, cut into thin wedges

(12-oz.) jar home-style pork gravy

tablespoons chili sauce

cup frozen sweet peas

In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine pork, flour, seasoned salt and garlic-pepper blend; toss to coat. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, gravy and chili sauce; mix well.

Cover; cook on low setting for 8 hours.

About 20 minutes before serving, add peas; cover and cook on low setting for an additional 20 minutes or until peas are tender.
