1In large saucepan, cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; return to saucepan. Cover to keep warm.
2Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine coriander, pepper and garlic powder; sprinkle half of mixture on one side of halibut fillets.
3Spray medium nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Place fish, seasoned side down, in hot skillet; cook 2 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle fish with remaining coriander mixture. Turn fish; cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
4In small bowl, combine cilantro, onions, gingerroot, sugar, rice vinegar and soy sauce; mix well. Toss cooked noodles with cilantro mixture. Serve noodles with fish fillets.
