Guacamole Biscuit Bites

bag (25 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ frozen Southern Style Biscuits
container (12 oz) refrigerated guacamole

Toppings, as desired

Shredded lettuce
Chopped fresh cilantro
Crumbled cooked bacon
Chopped fresh tomato
Finely chopped onion
Sliced ripe olives
Grated Cheddar cheese


  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on bag. Cool 15 minutes.
  2. 2 Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. With serrated knife, cut biscuits horizontally in half. Place cut sides up on cookie sheet. Bake about 8 minutes or until cut sides are lightly toasted. Immediately remove biscuits from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
  3. 3 When cool, spread each biscuit with slightly less than 1 tablespoon guacamole. Top with 1 or 2 of the toppings.
