1Heat gas or charcoal grill. In 1/2- to 1-quart saucepan, mix honey, lime juice, chiles and adobo sauce.
2When grill is heated, sprinkle pork tenderloins with salt and pepper; lightly spray with cooking spray. Place pork on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with honey mixture during last 10 minutes of cooking time, until pork has slight blush of pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160°F.
3Heat any remaining honey mixture to rolling boil; boil 1 minute. Cut pork into slices; serve with honey mixture.
