Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In 2-quart saucepan, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Add taco seasoning mix, water and 1/2 cup of the salsa; stir until thickened.

Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup beef mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges to seal. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.
To complete the menu, add a crisp green salad of romaine lettuce topped with fresh orange slices drizzled with your favorite dressing.
