These Asian-inspired appetizer cups will be a hit at your holiday party!

Ingredients

cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4
cup finely chopped cilantro or green onions (4 medium)
1/4
cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4
cup Thai peanut sauce

can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated Original biscuits

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 20 miniature muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix chicken, 3 tablespoons cilantro, bell pepper and peanut sauce; set aside.
  • 3 Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into fourths. Flatten each dough piece. Place 1 piece in each muffin cup; firmly press in bottom and up side of cup.
  • 4 Spoon and press about 2 teaspoons chicken mixture into each dough-lined cup.
  • 5 Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from muffin cups. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.

Expert Tips

If you prefer to make these cups with green onions instead of cilantro, garnish tops with additional onions before serving.
