container Pillsbury™ Gluten Free refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

container (12 oz) chocolate whipped ready-to-spread frosting
2
cups fresh raspberries

    Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, press cookie dough to form base.

    Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

    Spread frosting over cooled base.

    Arrange raspberries in decorative pattern over frosting. Cut into wedges to serve.

Expert Tips

You can use vanilla frosting and halved or sliced fresh strawberries for a strawberry cookie pizza. For that matter, use any flavor frosting and your favorite fruit.
