1Spray 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, place turkey thighs. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients except buns and coleslaw. Pour over turkey, turning turkey as necessary to coat.
2Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
3Remove turkey from slow cooker; place on cutting board. Remove meat from bones; discard bones. Shred turkey with 2 forks; return to slow cooker and mix well.
