Garlic-Dijon Topped Steaks

whole garlic bulbs
tablespoon olive oil
tablespoon Dijon mustard
(5-oz.) frozen ready-to-cook boneless beef bottom sirloin steaks


  1. 1 GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. Cut 12-inch square of heavy-duty foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cut 1/2 inch from top of each garlic bulb; remove outer paper-like layers. In small bowl, combine olive oil and mustard; mix well. Set aside.
  2. 2 Place garlic bulbs in microwave. Microwave on HIGH for about 1 1/2 minutes or until tender. Cool 1 minute. Squeeze garlic bulb to release garlic cloves onto sprayed foil. Top with mustard mixture. Wrap securely in foil using double-fold seals.
  3. 3 When ready to grill, place garlic packet and frozen steaks on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 12 to 18 minutes or until garlic is soft and steaks are of desired doneness, turning once.
  4. 4 With fork, carefully mash cloves and mix with mustard mixture until well blended. Serve with steaks.
