1Spray nonstick 12-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add sausage; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
2Drain sausage on paper towels; set aside.
3In same skillet, combine mushrooms, rice, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until rice is golden brown, stirring frequently.
4Add broth, bell pepper, onions and cooked sausage; stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
