1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, garlic, teriyaki sauce, ginger and contents of seasoning packet from soup mix; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
2Add frozen vegetables; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
3Meanwhile, cook noodles from soup mix as directed on package. Drain.
4Add cooked noodles to beef mixture; toss to mix. Sprinkle with peanuts. If desired, serve with additional teriyaki sauce.
