Dirty Bacon Martini
Ice cubes or crushed ice
cup Bacon Infused Vodka (6 oz)
tablespoon brine (from jar of olives)
teaspoons dry vermouth
pimiento-stuffed green olives
In martini shaker with ice, shake vodka, olive juice and vermouth until blended. Pour into chilled martini glass, straining out ice. Garnish with olives threaded on cocktail pick or toothpick.
You can use regular vodka instead of the bacon infused vodka.
Like cocktail onions? Use them for garnish in place of the olives.
