Cook couscous as directed on package. Set aside.
In small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch, ginger, curry powder, paprika and pepper; blend well. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned, stir occasionally.
Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir orange juice mixture until smooth. Add orange juice mixture and peaches to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and thickened. Serve over couscous.
