Pour coating sauce from box into shallow dish or pie plate. In gallon-size resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix crust mix and Parmesan cheese from box until well blended. Coat zucchini in coating sauce. Shake half of the zucchini in crust mixture. Place in single layer on pan. Repeat with remaining zucchini. Drizzle oil over zucchini. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese over zucchini.
