These crisp zucchini fries are sure to become a favorite for any occasion.

Ingredients

box (7 oz) The Good Table™ Parmesan & herb sauce and crust mix for chicken

medium zucchini, cut into 2 1/2x1/2-inch sticks (about 3/4 lb)
2
tablespoons olive oil
3
tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 Pour coating sauce from box into shallow dish or pie plate. In gallon-size resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix crust mix and Parmesan cheese from box until well blended. Coat zucchini in coating sauce. Shake half of the zucchini in crust mixture. Place in single layer on pan. Repeat with remaining zucchini. Drizzle oil over zucchini. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese over zucchini.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
