lb. boneless veal, cut into 1-inch pieces

medium onion, chopped

teaspoon salt

teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

teaspoon pepper

cups water

cup apple juice

cups sliced carrots

cups frozen sweet peas

oz. (12 cups) uncooked egg noodles

cup all-purpose flour

cup half-and-half

    Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add veal; cook and stir until browned. Stir in onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, water and apple juice. Bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes.

    Add carrots. Cover; simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until carrots are tender. Stir in peas; simmer an additional 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.

    In small bowl, combine flour and half-and-half; blend until smooth. Carefully add to veal mixture; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Serve over noodles.
