Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz) ready-to-serve tomato-basil soup
  • 1 pouch (4 oz) carrot purée
  • Oyster crackers or cheese crackers, if desired

    In 2-quart saucepan, mix soup and carrot purée. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Top each serving with crackers.

  • Serve with grilled cheese sandwiches--a winning combination!
  • Top each serving with a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese in addition to the crackers!
