1Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, coconut, brown sugar, baking soda and cinnamon; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press 3 cups of mixture in bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan to form base. Add walnuts to remaining mixture; reserve for topping.
2In small bowl, combine marmalade and cranberry sauce. Spread evenly over base. Sprinkle reserved topping evenly over filling; press lightly.
3Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
