    Heat oven to 375°F (or 350°F for nonstick cookie sheet). Separate biscuits; place 1 to 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. In small microwavable bowl, microwave 1 tablespoon of the butter uncovered on High 15 to 20 seconds or until melted. Brush tops of biscuits generously with melted butter. Allow remaining 2 tablespoons butter to soften at room temperature.

    Bake 11 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Cover loosely with foil to keep warm.

    Bake chicken as directed on package, adjusting oven temperature as necessary.

    Split warm biscuits in half; spread split sides and biscuit tops with reserved 2 tablespoons softened butter. Place baked chicken cutlets on bottom halves of biscuits; top with remaining biscuit halves. Serve warm.
