cups cubed (1/2-inch) fresh or day-old Italian bread

cup coarsely chopped turkey pepperoni

oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

(14.5-oz.) can chunky pizza sauce

egg whites

cups skim milk

cup nonfat cottage cheese

teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

oz. (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

    Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer bread cubes, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese evenly in sprayed baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over top.

    In medium bowl, combine eggs, egg whites and milk; blend well. Stir in cottage cheese and Italian seasoning. Pour mixture over layers in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Heat oven to 350°F. Uncover baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
