In small bowl, marinate whole cherries in 2 tablespoons brandy. Set aside. Line 12 muffin cups with paper or foil baking cups. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly to blend. Immediately spoon into prepared muffin cups, mounding lightly. Top each with marinated cherry. Wrap tightly; freeze. If desired, remove baking cups from desserts. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
