Chocolate Chip S’mores Sandwiches

Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated Original biscuits
1
cup crushed peppermint candies
1
cup mini chocolate chips
1
cup marshmallows

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball. Place each ball on an ungreased baking sheet and set aside.

    Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine 1 cup crushed peppermint candies with 1 cup mini chocolate chips. Mix well.

    Roll each dough ball in the peppermint and chocolate chip mixture. Return it to the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough.

    Place in the oven for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Using a knife, cut each biscuit in half to create a biscuit sandwich.

    Reserve the tops and keep the bottoms on the cookie sheet. Place a small marshmallow on the bottom biscuit.

    Place back into the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the marshmallow. Remove from the oven and place tops back on each sandwich. Serve.
