1Heat oven to 375°F. Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet; bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

2Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, mix remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and mixture is thoroughly heated.

3Split warm biscuits; place bottom halves of biscuits on plates. Top each with 1 cup chicken mixture and top half of biscuit.
