1In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bagels; mix well. Fill each bagel with about 1/3 cup chicken mixture.
Whole wheat or raisin bagels are especially good with the fruited chicken.
You can use poached or boiled chicken or even leftover roasted poultry in this recipe.
Prepare the chicken salad up to a day ahead of time, but stir in the sunflower seeds at the last minute so they don't get soggy.
