Easy dessert recipe - chocolate and nuts candies - ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

oz. unsweetened chocolate

tablespoon margarine or butter
1/4
cup light corn syrup
1/2
teaspoon vanilla

cup powdered sugar
1/4
cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3
cup powdered sugar
1/2
cup finely chopped walnuts

Steps

  • 1 In medium saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla; blend until smooth.* Add 1 cup powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs; blend well.
  • 2 Turn mixture out onto waxed paper; knead in 1/3 cup powdered sugar and walnuts. Divide mixture into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into 10-inch log. Cut each log into 10 equal pieces. Wrap each piece individually in waxed paper or plastic wrap.

*To prepare in microwave, combine chocolate and margarine in 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup; microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted. Stir until smooth. Add corn syrup and vanilla; microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
