1Set oven control to broil. Spread butter on both sides of bread slices. Sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt. Sprinkle tops of bread with half of the cheese. Place on rack in broiler pan.
2Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 2 minutes. Turn bread; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
3Cut each slice diagonally in half. Serve warm or cool.
