Four ingredients and three steps is all that you need to enjoy this cheesy beef and bacon appetizer - ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons process cheese spread with bacon (from a jar)
  • 4 slices cooked roast beef (1/8 inch thick)
  • 12 baby dill pickles, well drained
  • Ketchup and/or mustard, if desired

Steps

    Place beef slices individually on work surface. Spread each completely with cheese spread.

    Place 3 pickles across short end of each slice. If necessary, trim pickles to fit. Roll up.

    Cut each roll crosswise into 1-inch chunks. To eat, dip in ketchup or mustard.
