1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, mint extract and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread batter in greased pan.
2Bake at 350°F. for 31 to 33 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
3Immediately arrange chocolate mints evenly over brownies. Let stand 5 minutes or until mints are softened.
4Using knife or spatula, spread mints gently, swirling slightly. Cool until chocolate starts to set. Cut into bars. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
