1Place 2 tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each with pizza sauce. Top with Canadian bacon, pineapple and 1 cup of the cheese. Top each with remaining tortilla.
2Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes. With 2 pancake turners, carefully turn quesadillas over. Sprinkle tops with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
3Broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and quesadillas are light brown. Cut each into 6 wedges. If desired, serve with additional warm pizza sauce.
