1In 3-quart saucepan, bring 2 quarts (8 cups) water to a boil. Add tortellini and broccoli; cook as directed on tortellini package until tortellini are tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
2Add ham and salad dressing; stir gently to mix. Cook over medium-low heat just until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
3Arrange lettuce on individual plates. Spoon tortellini mixture over lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese.
