In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat at low speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Add angel food cake cubes; fold gently to combine. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Top evenly with peach slices. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Just before serving, sprinkle blueberries over top. Store in refrigerator.
