Blackberry-Topped Angel Food Dessert

(16 1/2-oz.) can blackberries in syrup, drained

(3/4-inch-thick) slices angel food cake

cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

tablespoons powdered sugar

    In medium bowl, combine jam and liqueur; mix well. Fold in blackberries.

    Place 1 slice of cake on each of 6 individual dessert plates. Top each with 1/2 cup frozen yogurt; spoon about 1/4 cup blackberry mixture over each. Sprinkle desserts with powdered sugar.
