1In medium saucepan, combine cream and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in semisweet and unsweetened chocolate.
2Reduce heat to low; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into jars; cover tightly. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator.
