Ingredients

cup corn flake crumbs
2/3
cup chunky-style salsa
1
lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
3/4
cup fat-free sour cream

tablespoons chopped green chiles (from 4.5-oz can)
1/4
teaspoon ground cumin

fat-free flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)

cups chopped leaf lettuce

    Heat gas or charcoal grill. In large bowl, mix corn flake crumbs and 3 tablespoons of the salsa. Stir in ground beef. Shape mixture into 6 round or long, narrow (hot dog-shaped) patties, 1/2 inch thick.

    In small bowl, mix sour cream, green chiles and cumin; set aside.

    When grill is heated, place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 11 to 13 minutes, turning once, until patties are no longer pink in center and juice is clear and thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F. Just before burgers are done, wrap tortillas in foil; place on grill for 1 minute to heat.

    To serve, sprinkle 1/4 cup lettuce down center of each tortilla. Top each with patty. Spoon sour cream mixture evenly over patties. Roll up tortillas. Serve with remaining salsa.
