1Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add bouillon; stir until dissolved. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
2Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell peppers and 1 tablespoon water; stir to coat peppers with oil. Cover; cook 2 minutes.
3Stir in remaining ingredients and cooked couscous. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Fluff with fork before serving. If desired, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
