1Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
2Add potatoes, green beans and bell pepper and onion stir-fry; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 8 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
3Add barbecue sauce and water; mix well. Cover; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
