Bacon-Peanut Butter Biscuits with Chocolate Gravy

Ingredients

Biscuits:

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

cup creamy peanut butter
1
cup marshmallow creme

slices bacon, crisply cooked

Chocolate Gravy:

1/4
cup sugar
1
tablespoon flour
2
tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
3/4
cup milk

teaspoons butter
1/2
teaspoon vanilla

    Heat oven to 325°F. On ungreased cookie sheet, arrange 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits with sides touching. Bake 19 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

    Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, stir together 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa. With whisk, stir in 3/4 cup milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; stir in 4 teaspoons butter and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until melted and smooth.

    Split warm biscuits; place on serving plates. Spread 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter onto each bottom biscuit half. Spread 2 tablespoons marshmallow creme onto each top biscuit half. Arrange 2 slices crisply cooked bacon over peanut butter on each biscuit bottom; cover each with top biscuit half.

    Spoon chocolate gravy over warm, filled biscuits.

Expert Tips

Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker crumbs for a fun s’mores twist.
