1Cook sugar snap peas in microwave as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
2Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine turkey, cabbage, carrot and onion; mix well. Reserve seasoning packet from soup mix for dressing. Break noodles from soup mix into pieces; add to salad.
3In small bowl, combine contents of seasoning packet with all remaining dressing ingredients; blend well.
4Add sugar snap peas and dressing to salad; toss gently to coat.
