1Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
2Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine stir-fry sauce, honey and red pepper flakes; mix well.
3Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in sauce mixture and cilantro; cook 1 minute.
4Toss cooked pasta with sesame oil. Serve chicken mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
