1In 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, layer salad greens, carrots, water chestnuts, orange segments and onions. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
2In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients except oil with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, beating until well blended. Drizzle dressing evenly over salad. Top with chow mein noodles.
