1Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Heat grill.
2Unroll pizza dough. Place on hot grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned on the side facing down.
3Use a pizza peel or two sets of tongs to gently turn dough. Immediately spread thin layer of ricotta cheese on crust. Sprinkle with artichoke hearts, olives and Parmesan cheese. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cooked through.
4Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
