Start with a container of either Pillsbury refrigerated country Italian bread or crusty French loaf and follow these steps:
Brush the dough with beaten egg white; sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Then bake the flower buns at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
