Pillsbury® Cinnamon Rolls are perfect for breakfast, so how about Pepperoni Pizza-Flavored Rolls for every other time of day? These pizza-flavored rolls are super easy and delicious and will be a family favorite for sure! Just grab some cheese, diced pepperonis, sauce (for dipping) and a roll of Pillsbury® Thin Pizza Crust.
Open the can of pizza crust and unroll into a square on your work surface. Sprinkle the dough with diced pepperonis and mozzarella cheese.
Now it’s time to roll it up! Starting on one side, roll up the dough carefully so all the goodies stay inside.
Now for an easy trick I learned from Kristin in the Pillsbury® Kitchens. Use dental floss to slice the rolls (making sure it isn’t mint-flavored, of course!) Just slide the floss under the roll, pull up and cross like you are tying a shoe and pull down. The rolls will slice evenly and very, very easily! Plus, they won’t squish down like they would with a knife.
Place the rolls in a greased 9-inch round cake pan. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite pizza or marinara sauce for dipping!
