STEP 1: BAKE ROLLS
Cut the dough crosswise into 10 pieces. Place the cut buns on your cookie sheet, cut side down and 2 inches apart. Bake them for 8 to 10 minutes or until they’re light golden brown. Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
STEP 2: MAKE BUNS
Cut each baked roll in half horizontally to make buns.
STEP 3: ADD TOPPINGS
Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bottom half of each bun. Top with 1 piece of ham and a half piece of cheese. Divide the spinach evenly among the sandwiches and cover with the bun tops.
STEP 4: ADD GLAZE
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and honey mustard. Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
STEP 5: BAKE SLIDERS
Place the sandwiches on a large sheet of foil. Bring up 2 sides of the foil and pull edges together to meet. Seal the edges by making a tight ½-inch fold; fold again to seal. Fold the other sides to seal the foil packet then place it on the cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are hot.
